Capturing a CEO’s voice from an exclusive executive gathering, on a tight turnaround

Wonderflow AI’s CEO had just attended an invite-only executive roundtable hosted by Deloitte in Amsterdam. He was surrounded by some of the world’s leading senior decision-makers discussing how Generative AI (GenAI) is changing how companies act on consumer insights. He had strong reflections worth publishing quickly, while the conversation was still fresh. However, there was little time to structure and write it himself.

  • I worked from the CEO’s raw notes and event reflections, dissecting and translating his specific observations (including his language, tone, voice).
  • I structured a loose set of takeaways into a clear, numbered framework, making a rather complex industry topic easy to follow for a more non-technical business audience.
  • I revised the piece through his direct feedback until it read as authentically as his own perspective.

The piece went live under the CEO’s own byline — on Wonderflow’s company blog and as a LinkedIn Pulse article. My final draft matched his voice so closely that no further edits were needed after his review. He later shared it company-wide via email, expressing pride in the piece and personally thanking me alongside the Marketing team overall — real proof the voice-matching genuinely worked.

Skills Translation for B2C Marketing

Understanding how a platform’s algorithm treats native versus outbound content isn’t just LinkedIn-specific — this same logic applies across other major social media platforms.

My acute awareness of this, paired with strong storytelling, is directly useful for any brand balancing reach with driving traffic back to owned channels like a company’s website blog.
